Our History
How It Started
Almost 15 years ago, our founder Kelsi, started working for a real estate brokerage as an Administrator. She quickly fell in love with the industry and decided to get her Real Estate license in 2011. From there, she began building her business and turned it into a full-time career. After a few very successful years, Kelsi decided she needed a team. It quickly turned into a family affair once Kelsi’s husband Andrew and Cousin Kaylin joined the team. With the team continuining to grow the help of an Operation Manager was needed from Kelsi's longtime friend Stephanie and they haven't looked back since. Our incredible team dynamic attributes to our drive and motivation in helping our clients find their perfect real estate investment.

Kelsi Cumberland
Kelsi Cumberland was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario. She decided to start her real estate career fresh out of University, inspired by a passion for the industry and a natural aptitude for sales. After completing her real estate license, she joined RE/MAX in 2012, and her career began to soar.
In 2016, Kelsi took the next step in her career and completed her Broker's license. This allowed her to build her dream team. Throughout the years, she and her team have received some very prestigious awards including, Executive Club (2014), 100% Club (2015), Platinum Club (2016-2020), Diamond (2021), and Chairmans Club (2022). She was also awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Career Award in 2019 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
Every day in real estate is different. For Kelsi, the opportunity to foster new relationships and meet new people is the most exciting aspect of the job. She finds motivation in the happiness her clients feel when she finds them their perfect home, and it pushes her to help more people every day.
Kelsi believes that real estate is a lifestyle, not a job. She always remembers something her father once told her: "do something you love and you won't have to go to work every day." This is what drives Kelsi every single morning. Real estate is her main passion. However, she does enjoy relaxing and spending quality time with her family. Kelsi says, "my happy place is our family cottage, where I unwind with husband Andrew, our two children Abby & Max and our adorable dog, Rusty."

With 5 years of experience in real estate, Kaylin is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals with confidence and ease. She combines in-depth market knowledge, a love for helping others, and is dedicated to making the buying or selling process as smooth as possible.
As a mom to a lively 2-year-old daughter, Ayla, and a proud dog mom to Ryker, Kaylin knows how important it is to find a place that feels like home. Alongside her carpenter husband, Jim, they balance family life with their careers, which has given Kaylin a well-rounded understanding of what people need when it comes to real estate.

Andrew Demers
Andrew has lived in Burlington his entire life and knows the region like the back of his hand. He has many passions, with real estate investing being at the top of his list. Andrew has years of experience in sales and marketing, with an extensive education under his belt. His contagious personality is the best kind, and this makes his clients buying and selling experience nothing but pleasant and enjoyable.
Andrew's other passions include hockey, Disney, Christmas trees, and spending time with his wife Kelsi, children Abigail & Max and their dog Rusty. He helps run his family's Christmas tree farm on weekends in December and frequently enjoys visiting his timeshare in Disney World.
Andrew has been watching Kelsi excel in her real estate career for over a decade, and this has given him the same drive and love for the industry; as well as a great wealth of knowledge for real estate investing.

Stephanie Polisak
Stephanie was born and raised in Burlington and is the perfect addition to our Kelsi & Co. Family. Her happy demeanour and eagerness to help is what makes her the ideal Operations Manager. Stephanie's many years of experience in Hospitality and Social Work creates the perfect mix to assist our agents and clients in the daily tasks that come with buying/selling a house. If you need anything at all, she is here to help. We know it can be stressful, and thats what Stephanie is here for - to brighten your day and make life easier. A few of her favourite things are art and design, exercise, her fur babies, and of course her awesome children.
